She ignores the initial attraction between them and second guesses herself whether or not they should meet again. Taking a leap of faith she “runs” into him again and hopes for the best.
This story is ADULTS ONLY.
Expert ( G-rated ) :
Pulling his hoodie over his head yet again, he didn’t see the small figure running his way. Before either of them realized what was happening they lay on the ground with Sam’s big body crushing the smaller body to the ground.
The sudden stop in movement caused his muscles to spasm and he grunted in pain, quickly rolling onto his back.
“Don’t you look where you’re running, you bloody idiot?” came a sharp voice from next to Sam.
“I’m not the only one that wasn’t looking, missy, if you were you could have run around me,” he said in a pained voice. Unable to control the growing tension in his muscles, he spoke through gritted teeth. “Chyort voz’mi!” (Damn it!) Sam cursed in Russian; it seems he pushed himself too far this time.
“Hmm you got a point there, sorry I shouldn’t have snapped. Are you ok?” the female asked.
“Normally, I’d say I’m fine, but actually I’m not. I was running fast and some of my muscles were starting to tense up. With us falling, they’re all doing that now. Normally, I can get it under control, but it’s never been this fucking bad,” he said, as he added a few colorful curses.
Sam saw the petite woman standing up, giving herself a once over before patting her own bum, clearing it of any debris that might have been stuck there. It was then that he noticed the finely curved figure, the reddish hair pulled back in a ponytail showing him a slender neck and the fine features of her face. For the rest, she was dressed just like him, only his training suit was of the baggy kind, while hers fit her every curve.
“Aren’t you a lucky one then that you ran into me,” she said.
“Into each other, is more like it,” he cut in.
“Fine, whatever. Just pretend to be nice and I’ll sort out your muscles. I happen to be a massage therapist, so I know how to work through them.” Looking around, she scanned the area around them, hoping to find a bench. “You think you can get up and walk over there?” She pointed to a nearby bench.
“I can try, but I’m not sure. I never had it this bad.”

Interview:
Where did you grow up?
In a small town in the back yard of a brewery. In the land of chocolate and beer. Oh we have JC Van Damme also. Yes, I’m from Belgium, born in a little town called Willebroek, currently living in an even smaller one called Beveren.
What legacy do you hope to leave?
Writing wise I would like people to think they were given a chance of escaping the real world for a short time. Let them experience a romance story, that not always feels out of reach and has touches of reality in it and very recognizable emotions.
What’s your current work about?
Working on part three and five of a five part series. It has werewolves, mainly, but also the odd vampire and some other species who may feel familiar.
Why did you choose this topic to write about?
Not really sure. i have been an avid reader for decades. But I guess, just like many others, I do like a strong man from time to time. with a werewolf and/or vampire you can achieve this goal and add some mystery to them. Of course this is a personal view, but I like how a wolf pack thrives, how they care for each other and that there are hardly any issues with hierarchy among them.
Tell us about your favorite character from your books.
I like them all! Would be hard to pick a favorite, think all of them have a character trait I love. Nick is caring, Chris has a kinky side, Ed can be moody and dark, Adam is a huge gentle giant, Merlin is cheeky and fun. The girls are strong, helpful and caring. Fun to have around and they don’t take any BS from their counterparts.
Tell us about your favorite character from someone else’s work.
She isn’t published yet, but has many stories up on LitErotica. One of my all time favorite characters of hers is Dimitri. He’s just …. he’s moody, he’s bossy, stubborn, hot headed, rude BUT when he meets his counterpart and she stands up to him. Fireworks!!
A little corner is reserved for a certain A if he is let loose that is
Tell us about your current release.
My current and only release so far is a short story I wrote while my normal computer decided to die on me and I had to hijack my other half’s computer to keep me occupied. With no access to my stories I was working on I started something from scratch and finished in about two or three days, then edit phase.
Tell us about your next release.
SIW Chronicles will be the next project to be released. There is no date set for anything, yet. The plans are only being made right now and are still up for change as I go along. I want to finish all parts first before I start reworking them. There will be a lot of work involved in that process because I’m going to weave together four of the stories, to end up with just three, another story acting as an epilogue teaser for the trilogy. At the moment a very few select ones are in the loop with the process and last SIW story. I might call out for one or two proofreaders when the time is there to start the final stages.
How do you describe your writing style?
Simplistic, but real. English isn’t my native language and most of what I do know is self thought by reading a lot! Some fancy words creep in from time to time, it’s an everlasting learning curve.
What do you think makes a good story?
When it sucks me right in and I just need to know how it goes on. Sometimes i start to read something and after a few pages I just stop, that click isn’t there and I literally fall asleep. What drives me to keep on reading can be plot driven, or how the people in the book are build up. How real they feel. I read to escape the real world, I want to be swept of my feet, not always in the romantic sense of the word, but I like to immerse myself in a story/book so much you could blow up stuff next to me and I wouldn’t even notice.
Do you listen to music while writing? If so what?
I prefer silence when writing, however I do have a few screens open and hop between them.
What group did you hang out with in high school?
No particular group, was kind of a loner, still am. I prefer to be between my four wals and lots of stuff to read and/or watch.
What would we find under your bed?
Nothing, squeaky clean.
What does your significant other and family think of your writing career?
My other half knows of the writing, even the genre and is ok with it, he asks occasionally but he’s not overly interested in it.
Does your significant other read your stuff?
He started once, but he hates reading on a computer and is to lazy to print it out … I know… men!
What are the pitfalls you’ve discovered along the way?
It’s hard for me to work on different tales at the same time. I find I can’t give any of them the attention and focus they need. Quite a few things are put on hold because of this. But I will finish them one day!
What are the highlights of your writing career so far?
Self publishing the short story and actually seeing a few sales on it. I know a few who have bought it, but also a few I have no clue who. The must have liked it because so far the story isn’t bashed anywhere.
What advice would you give to those considering taking destiny into their own hands?
Do the things you love to do, the way you want them done. Don’t be afraid to ask advice, two know more than one.
Do you believe in the Muse? If so, why? If not, why not? Anything you’d like to share about your Muse?
I don’t have a particular muse, unless you call smut-faeries a muse hahaha. When I do refer to a muse, she’s female and mostly hanging out on a beach somewhere in the Bahama’s sipping from one drink or another, abandoning me with my writing!! She tends to drag a few other muses with her! Naughty things they do.
What are your hobbies?
Reading, writing, cooking, baking, TV. I’m also a taxi-mom, sadly that doesn’t pay a dime, but the kids love it.
Favorite author?
Noone in particular but i do tend to devour anything from Clive Cussler.
Favorite movie?
Nothing specific. Can be a good romantic comedy, sci-fi, comic movie.
Favorite band?
Favorite song?
Above two go together. I don’t have a specific taste in music, I can listen to about anything you throw my way. I grew up with new age, but I like listening to 60′s music just as much as hum along to the latest hit charts.
Favorite actor/actress?
Hugh Jackman, I say no more than that I’m easy when he’s around.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Probably still being taxi mom, still writing. hopefully published SIW in some way shape or form. Generally happy with the husband, two kids, two cats and dog.
